Are You Tired?

Life today was so fast that sometimes people cannot have enough time to rest. Pressure in school, work and other difficult activities are some of the reasons why there are some people experience stress, depress and sometimes illness. “Why am i always tired?” that’s the ordinary question sometimes run to our mind. Many otherwise healthy people work with deadline pressure job. These people are not likely to feel rested when they get out in the morning. Lack of rest is resulted in lack of energy towards responsibility.

Rest is important to our life. Rest strengthen our body immune system, helping us to to protect from disease. I’ve read in some magazine that a proper rest can add length to our life, a slept medications is one of the natural way to take rest. In a large population study of health habits a few years ago, it was found that people who regularly slept seven to eight hours had a lower death rates than those who average either less than seven, or who slept longer.
